Refund Policy

Because every item in our store is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or any reason other than a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

No general returns or exchanges We do not accept returns or process refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, items that don't meet subjective expectations, or any reason outside of damage or fulfillment error. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Sale items and gift cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
